Chic city apartment

This Grade II listed Victorian mansion apartment had been poorly converted over the years, stripping away much of its original grandeur and architectural character. We worked closely with planning consultants to develop a scheme and layout that respected the building’s heritage while carefully navigating the strict guidelines set out by the council.

The clients wanted a pied-à-terre in central London that celebrated the property’s original features and reconnected the design to the building’s history, while also reflecting their own preference for a more contemporary, mid-century aesthetic. The result is a thoughtful balance of restored period detail and modern living, creating a space that feels both timeless and personal.
